Financing

Surgery Prerequisites
All patients will need a complete blood count (CBC) prior to surgery. Patients over 40 years of age will need an EKG as well. An order will be emailed to you after you have scheduled your appointment, and these tests can be done at a walk-in clinic, your doctor’s office, or hospital. The usual charge for a CBC is $25 and an EKG is $75. Many insurances often cover these services, though do check with your provider prior to the tests.

Refund Policy
If surgery is cancelled within a reasonable time period the deposit will be applied to a re-scheduled surgery. However, on the day of surgery if the patient is a no show the deposit is non-refundable and any future surgery must be paid in full before scheduling a surgery date.
